About the global mentor network

The Global Mentor Network exists to provide mentoring in a safe environment whereby mentors and protégé’s are emboldened to effectively influence society to flourish, prosper, and uphold moral character.

Why we do what we do

There is so much going on in the world. Wherever we turn, questionable leadership is present. This is not to say that there are not ethical leaders in the world. However, an argument can be made that there is an abundance of questionable leadership; so much so, it is difficult to believe there is anything else. In a world starved for ethical leadership, how can we ensure the next generation of leaders are upright, forthcoming and ethical? What training is available? Regardless of how high in rank a person is or becomes, there will always be a need for development? The Global Mentor Network enforces the principles of A+ Leadership, which establishes a new standard of leadership that is the cure for questionable leadership and the new Gold Standard of Leadership. We believe the time is always right to raise the bar of excellence and seek to do so in the following influential industries: Arts & Entertainment, Business, Education, Family, Government, Media, and Religion.
 

what we do

The Global Mentor Network has two key components that reinforce its mission: Mentoring and MAGNIFICENT. The mentoring component focuses on developing people operating in several influential industries to effectively influence society to flourish, prosper, and uphold moral character. The MAGNIFICENT arm of The Global Mentor Network is comprised of programs that enhance the minds of citizens. The programs are designed to develop, cultivate, educate, and motivate youth and young adults to become productive citizens in today‘s environment. 

empowerment programs

Professional Enrichment Program: provides youth with summer employment and career development skills. Also provides professional development to adults to give them the knowledge and skills needed to advance their careers.

Bi-Annual Youth Leadership Summit: focuses on educating youth athletes and their parents on topics such as mental health, sports medicine and nutrition, ethics in sports, and the reality of professional sports.

LADIES (Lovely Accomplished Divas who are Inspiring, Empowered, and Sophisticated): focuses on empowering women to include youth (minimum age 16) and young adults.

LIFE skills: ldp's

Levarity Leadership Institute: provides leadership development using diverse platforms that address the learning styles of leaders, so they can effectively influence society to flourish, prosper, and uphold moral character. LLI’s focus is on the following disciplines: coaching and mentoring, diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and international relations.

UPLIFT Youth Leadership Development Program: a nine-month educational program that culminates with a community event spearheaded by the participants. The goal of the program is to produce uncompromising, principled leadership that is influential, fair and trustworthy.
