Your Success Formula

Everybody has a success formula. The thing about a success formula is that it only works for the person who designed it. Think of a success formula in terms of a template. In theory, that template should work. However, it is the operator who makes the template work. If the operator has difficulty with the template, the template can be perfect and still won't yield results for the operator. Your success formula may not be like the next person's. Success isn't a one-size-fits-all thing. It may work for a little while but eventually the bottom drops out. Formulas, like math, evolve because the variables change. Thus, whatever formula you are using to achieve success must adjust to those changing variables. If not, it's not a success formula. Take some time to think about what works for you, tweak it, work it again and tweak it as many times as necessary until you find what works for you. When the variables change, you'll be able to change without struggling and without frustration.
