Previously, I talked about having a success formula. In this blog, I will share how I W.I.N. First, am I willing to win? This may seem like a no-brainer, but some people don't want to win in life. They want to coast by under the radar. They want to do the bare minimum, which isn't necessarily winning. Winning is relative to all of us. For me, winning is achieving my goals and dreams, being able to bless others, and setting myself up to take care of multiple generations in my family (long after I have left this Earth). Winning to me is leaving a footprint in this Earth that can never be erased. Winning also means sacrifice, taking risks, acting even when I am afraid (and I'm afraid A LOT). ![]() Next, I've got to implement my plan. Plain and simple: Winners take action! Finally, whatever I do must be necessary. Is it essential to the plan? Is it necessary to win? Will I have to compromise my principles to win? If so, it's not necessary and I can't win. Winning requires me to stay true to who I am and what I believe. If I have to compromise to win, then I'm not winning.
