It is my desire to take the customer beyond being "very satisfied" to becoming an advocate. Good customer service in an organization is an outward sign that everything is going well on the inside. Customer relations are a temperature gauge to the health of an organization. Training & Development It is important for industry professionals to regularly upgrade their knowledge and qualifications. It is not a one-day program or two-hour training. It is proactive, always imperative and does not only become important when there is a discrimination complaint.
